🌍 Shipping Countries
We ship worldwide – excluding islands and special zones.
📦 Shipping Costs
(pursuant to § 6 (1) no. 27 Austrian VAT Act – no VAT charged)
- Austria: from €4,00
- EU: from €9,00
- Outside the EU: from €19,00
Shipping costs vary depending on weight and parcel size and are automatically calculated at checkout based on your shopping cart and destination country.
💸 For orders over €300, shipping within the EU is free of charge.
⏱️ Delivery Times
- Austria: 3–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Please note: International shipments may be subject to delays, e.g., due to customs clearance.
🚚 Shipping Providers
Shipping is handled by reliable service providers such as Österreichische Post, DHL, DPD or a comparable carrier – depending on the destination and parcel size.
📨 Tracking
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to follow your shipment.
📦 Undeliverable or Unaccepted Shipments
If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address details, refusal of acceptance, or failure to collect, we reserve the right to pass on the additional shipping costs incurred.
🛃 Customs & Import Duties (outside the EU)
For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional charges such as customs duties, taxes, or other import fees may apply. These are levied by the local customs office and must be paid by the buyer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your local customs authority before placing your order.
